Email Radar is an advanced, one-to-one, on demand, email marketing solution. Since you are already a BizActions client, you are probably aware of the power email radar wields. Your BizActions subscription includes 10,000 email radars per month automatically. However, as you grow, you may discover that you need to increase your distribution to effectively target and touch your subscribers.
Particularly when used in combination with a Drip Campaign, Event Registration or 7216 Compliance Center messages, email radar is a highly effective tool for communicating and providing value to your prospects and clients.
Email Radar allows you to send emails to specific groups that meet explicit criteria you set. Communications are sent on demand or scheduled in advance, with up to 10 email radars scheduled to trickle out sequentially. You can even create an Email Radar auto-responder and link it to an article in your email newsletter so that when readers click through the newsletter article, they are automatically sent your Email Radar that includes more details on that subject or a special offer of your creation.
You may benefit from additional Email Radars per month if:
- You want to automate and ensure consistency of your marketing introductions, service descriptions and promotional letters that are sent to prospects
- You utilize custom fields to segment your newsletter database into specific groups (by industry, niche, geographic region, size, revenues, etc.)
- You want to be able to quickly and easily respond with unique messaging to select groups based on criteria you determine
Here are some examples for how you might use the power of Email Radar to data mine and market to your clients and prospects:
- Send an email to CEOs and a particular zip code:
- Using the built-in "Reduction Query", select the Title constraint and choose "CEO" but also choose the Zip Code constraint and input "27607": the group will contain only CEOs in the 27607 zip code.
- However, using the built in "Inclusion Query", select the Title constraint, choose "CEO" and choose the Zip Code constraint with "27607" input: the group will contain all CEOs in your database as well as everyone in the 27607 zip code listed in your database.
- Create groups based on any database field:
- Sort from any or all database fields from your membership including: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Company Name, Memo/Note, City, State, Zip Code, Country, # of Employees (is less than, is exactly, is more than), Title (any of, none of), Point Of Contact (any of, none of), Member Type (any of, none of), Subscribed to Niche (any of, none of), and any of 10 custom Dynamic Fields.
- Follow up with readers and non-readers:
- Create an Email Radar group consisting of those members who have read a specific article, clicked on a banner or opened a newsletter within a certain time period.
- Alternatively, create a group of people who have neither opened nor clicked on anything in your newsletter for a specific time period and send them a message to determine whether or not to continue marketing to them.
