Production Team works with one hand, one heart
Remember the song in West Side Story called “One Hand One Heart”? Yes, it is a song about love. But step back and you will see that it also presents a vision of what it means to cooperate together, to tackle life’s challenges as if one person. What a great description for teamwork! And the DMLO Production Team is making this vision a reality. No matter who you ask, each of the four members of the DMLO Production Team says the same thing. Every one of them is trained and ready to do any of the tasks that come to their department, at any time, and that each will jump to help another so they can deliver excellent materials.
Such a work environment does not develop overnight, and the Production Team has come to this high level of effectiveness from years of individual experience and years of working together. Altogether, they represent more than 100 years of experience, more than 70 of which have been with DMLO. Even without their heart-felt team spirit, this would be an enviable core of stability for the firm. Add a deep down commitment to excellence held by each individual and the team as a whole, and you have a rock-solid foundation for DMLO to deliver on its promises to the firm’s clients.
The team is comprised of four professionals:
Pam Van Leur has been with DMLO for almost twenty-seven years. As you can imagine, Pam knows the firm inside and out. She says that it is of the utmost importance to her that the long hours of work done by the accounting professionals will be represented well in the reports she produces. She knows that Production is the final step in client service, and that the finished reports must be mistake-proof and presented clearly to give clients the very best results.
Outside work, Pam is the oldest of twelve children and she continues to enjoy the group activities of her large family. Pam grew up playing sports with her family and still loves watching softball and bowling. She loves to read and also enjoys thoroughbred racing. She and her husband are avid U of L Cardinals fans.
Jan Sullivan has been with DMLO for eighteen years, coming from a job that she previously held for twenty years. Jan loves the work at DMLO because it is different every day and doesn’t give her time to get bored. She said that she tries hard to be able to help wherever necessary.
Outside work, Jan loves planting flowers, walking, bowling and watching team sports. Jan and her husband have two children and one grandchild (call her Grand Jan). She said that the Production Team shares in a love of NCAA Basketball and watching the cooking channel on TV.
Shirley Eisman has been with DMLO for twenty-one years and was one of several administrative folks who came to DMLO from a highly-regarded company that closed its doors. Again, the working relationships that already existed have helped solidify the teamwork at DMLO. Shirley knows from personal experience that people go out of their way to get good service and she wants DMLO to be known for delivering that kind of excellence.
Outside work, Shirley loves music, especially blues and old rock and roll, and she is a connoisseur of old movies, classic comedy teams and movie car chases. Shirley and her husband have two children.

Ruth Eichberger has been with DMLO for a little more than six years, the newest of the Production Team. Her previous years of experience were in industrial and trucking companies, in similar positions as administrative assistants. Ruth developed her work ethic from seeking jobs in her teen years and working continuously since then. She enjoys being a helpful hand and staying busy, and she likes the variety of her work at DMLO. Ruth values being part of a team with the same commitment to excellence she has.
Outside work, Ruth loves reading books that expand her knowledge and understanding, both fiction and non-fiction, and she enjoys bible studies. Just like her cohorts, Ruth loves the food channel and NCAA basketball.
