Larry Bailey understands long term
Cliché or not, it is true that “nothing is certain except death and taxes.” While every DMLO accountant deals with these certainties, it is Larry Bailey and his group of estate and trust specialists who approach it with truly long-term objectives. Whatever the nature of his clients’ financial affairs, Larry specializes in creating certain disposition of personal assets at the point of that most certain, and final, personal event.
Larry has been in the wealth management business his whole career, from his earliest years with a national CPA firm through his many years with the trust department of a major bank. His long experience with the banking side of trusts and estates reinforces Larry’s natural credibility. Larry simply demonstrates the experience and the passion for excellence that make his clients, and their advisors, trust him.
Larry is not content to give his attention only to his clients. He has long served his peers as a member of the Estate Planning Council and as an officer and board member for the Louisville chapter. He is the immediate past president.
Larry has been with DMLO for more than thirteen years. His work at DMLO focuses in tax, estates, trusts, foundations and tax exempt organizations, stock option planning and family limited partnerships, and he handles a significant number of unitrusts and charitable remainder trusts.
Outside work, Larry enjoys being physically active, particularly playing tennis and running. He also enjoys spending time with his grandchildren. Larry and his wife have two daughters and two grandchildren.
