Jennifer Hughes never works alone …

 

… because she draws those around her into her vision, her positive outlook – and into her office!

 

It is just nicer to handle some issues face-to-face, and folks who work with Jennifer seem to have lots of those issues.  Clients choose to talk with Jennifer in person as often as by other means.  They look for her expressions of understanding and concern, and they trust that she has everything under control.

 

Jennifer gets a lot of face-time with co-workers, too.  Her office may be three-deep with people asking questions, but Jennifer manages not to kick them out.  She smiles and listens to each in turn, then finishes her own notes and phone calls.

 

Jennifer is a natural to handle the sensitive issues of not-for-profit organizations.  She helps her clients maintain the fine line between operating efficiently and attaining their humanitarian goals.  She brings that same skill to her healthcare clients, always seeking to help her clients succeed in both the hard and soft areas of business.

 

Jennifer, a DMLO director, has practiced in her profession for nineteen years and with DMLO for sixteen.  She handles audit and accounting work for her clients and focuses especially on the highly technical rules and reporting issues for the long-term care and not-for-profit industries.

 

Outside work, Jennifer enjoys reading, boating, golf and being part of her children’s activities.  She and her husband have two children.
