Has that New Year's resolution, to exercise regularly, once again slipped past your good intentions?

Have you considered using a workout coach or personal trainer? I have, and the benefits have been terrific!

You can schedule your training appointments at times that are realistic and convenient.

You are less likely to find an excuse to skip, or talk yourself out of exercising, because your workout appointments are scheduled and paid for in advance.

Workouts are tailored to your specific goals with measurable targets.

Hiring a workout coach may once have seemed to be only a luxury that the rich and famous could afford. Today, the cost is no greater than joining an exercise club or gym. And it is often included with the package.

The personal trainer will usually call to set up an appointment if you stop exercising and get off-track.

Each workout is very efficient, generally no more than one hour.

The trainer learns your habits, strengths and weaknesses to better tailor your program.

A side benefit is meeting and networking with the clientele. Many of the clients are busy business owners and professionals!

As we all know, the benefits of exercise are numerous, not the least of which include increased productivity and energy. Your body, mind--and efficiency at work--are likely to see results from regular exercise.

So, if the exercise habit continues to elude you, consider a workout coach.
