Gail Evans sees the whole picture

It's human nature, and a very American trait, to want to know how one's individual work will contribute to the whole. For Gail Evans, this is never a question because she carries the work through the whole process to the final product.  And it's the whole picture that Gail likes to see.  She likes completing the setup, documentation and capital accounts for family limited partnerships.  She enjoys pulling together a complex tax return for an investment partnership.  In other words, Gail likes both the challenge of a complex task and the satisfaction of the complete package.  It's not a question of choosing the forest OR the trees but rather having the forest AND the trees.

Gail has been in the accounting field for more than thirty years and with DMLO for more than ten.  Her experience has carried her from industry to government to public accounting, providing her with a broad range of experience to draw on as she completes intricate tax returns and trust tax returns for clients.  Gail concentrates in tax work, especially working on trusts, family limited partnerships and individual tax returns.

Gail is originally from Wisconsin and loves being a crossover Midwesterner-Southerner.  She was a pioneer in pursuing a flexible schedule for the years when her children were young.  Outside work, Gail volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, last year coming off the board but continuing on the finance committee and on house-building projects.  Gail and her husband have two sons who are both embarking on their own careers.
