Join us for the next installment of our summer educational series, as we host:

"10 Keys To Effective Supervision"
August 22nd  9:00am – 10:00am

McKonly Benefits is proud to invite you to spend an hour with James Rowell of Rising Sun Consultants.   Jim will discuss practical strategies for effective supervision addressing the needs of the new supervisor to the experienced. Participants will be able to coach their staff on applying specific skills and attitudes, helping to engage employees by focusing on results and relationships. The presentation is ideal for HR as well as front line managers.

Jim is a seasoned presenter with 20+ years in training including leadership, crisis management, coaching, and conflict resolution.  He is the second marquee speaker in our summer webinar series.  Last week, Christine Walters gave us the ins and outs of employee leave regulations in her presentation "Employee, Where Art Thou?".

If you couldn't make that first presentation, you missed a gem!  Reserve your space for our next webinar by contacting Ali Carney at acarney@mckonlybenefits.com.

Also, look for details on our last session, to be held live at the Giant Community Center at the Camp Hill Mall, featuring Todd Shill, Human Resources Attorney at Rhoads & Sinon LLP, as well as a presentation from our own Ali Carney.  This session, to be held on the afternoon of September 11, 2007, will cover important HR law issues and ways to keep your health insurance costs down.  Keep your eyes on upcoming issues for more details.
