McKonly & Asbury is recognized for another achievement in the accounting industry. For the second straight year, accounting industry publication – Inside Public Accounting -  has named McKonly & Asbury an All-Star.  This distinction, part of the publication's annual search for the Best of the Best in the Accounting Industry, honors accounting firms for their management practices.

In 2006, McKonly & Asbury was named an All-Star for Growth, ranking the firm as one of the ten fastest growing firms in the nation.  This year, the firm was honored in the category of "Leverage", measuring performance of the firm vs. number of partners.

"It's great to get this kind of recognition from our peers, but the excellent part of this news is what it means to our clients and our staff," says Terry Harris, Managing Partner.  "We've adopted a philosophy of corporate management very different from other regional firms in our industry.  We've assembled a senior management team that incorporates best business practices for our organization and allows our partners and other team members to focus on providing excellent service to our clients.  Being an All-Star in this category validates our model."

As a two-time All-Star, McKonly & Asbury is being seen as a trendsetting firm in the accounting industry.  Having also been named a Best Place to Work in PA for the fifth straight year, we continue to receive affirmation that our commitment to recruiting and retaining excellent talent, focusing that talent on excellent client service, and practicing a strengths-based approach to management are a path to industry-leading success.

None of this is possible without the trust and commitment of our clients.  McKonly & Asbury thanks all of you for your part in helping us strive for and achieve continued success!
