Scott Hursh, CPA, CCIFP* will discuss the "10 Reasons Why Contractors Fail" during the annual one-day Regional Education Summit of the American Subcontractors Associaion of Central Pennsylvania (ASACP). Hursh is Managing Partner of the Stambaugh Ness Architectural, Engineering and Contractors (AEC) Group.  

This year's event has been expanded to include three training tracks with 12 different educational programs geared for all areas of the construction industry. Two tracks will focus on educational sessions to help all members of the construction team work more effectively, and one track will be geared specifically to safety issues.

The event is geared toward business owners, project managers, field construction supervisors, field foreman, project superintendents, estimators, operations managers, and anyone involved in the construction industry.

The Summit will be held on October 17 at the Holiday Inn-Hershey located in Grantville located off Exit 80 of I-81. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., and the seminar runs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost is $140 for ASA members and $180 for non-ASA members. This includes a continental breakfast, lunch, networking breaks and a take-home reference guide.
