McKonly & Asbury has built a unique reputation serving the real estate and affordable housing industry.  It's a specialty few firms can boast.  If you are a client or friend of the firm who works in the affordable housing industry, mark your calendar for a special seminar on Friday, October 26th from 10am to 3pm at the Giant Community Center, inside Giant at the Camp Hill mall.  We'll be covering a variety of affordable housing issues including:

  • New audit risk assessment standards as they apply to low-income housing real estate partnerships.
  • Review of new tax credit application guidelines.
  • The basics on how to prepare for a cost certification.

This seminar is geared to clients and friends that develop or manage affordable housing tax credit projects financed by PHFA or other funding mechanisms.

There is a registration fee of $35.  Lunch will be provided and is included in this price.  If you are interested in attending, please mark your calendar and contact us, as seating is limited.  You can email us or call 717-761-7910 to reserve a space.
