For example, we have more than 20 years experience in performing employee benefit plan audits and we presently conduct nearly 20 audits each year.

To further demonstrate our commitment to achieving the highest quality audits possible, we have joined the AICPA's Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center.

The AICPA's Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center is a national community of CPA firms that demonstrates a commitment to employee benefit plan audit quality and is designed to raise awareness about the importance of ERISA audits. Our membership in the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center enables us to gain access to a wealth of comprehensive resources to assist us in providing high quality employee benefit plan audits.

In addition, as a member of the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, we are committed to adhering to the highest quality standards by voluntarily agreeing to the Center membership requirements, which include designating Shareholder Larry E. Bream, CPA responsible for our employee benefit plan audit practice, establishing quality control programs, performing annual internal inspection procedures, and making our peer review report findings publicly available.

Our team of employee benefit plan auditors stays current in this highly technical practice area by attending the annual AICPA National Conference on Employee Benefit Plans and other relevant seminars and by reviewing monthly publications from the Department of Labor; CCH news on pensions and benefits; IRS employee plan news; and updates from the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center. In addition, we meet the continuing professional education requirements of the Audit Quality Center.
