Kristi has dedicated her career to "helping the people who matter the most to you." She has been serving as a financial advisor since 1993 in the areas of investment advisory services, funding retirement plans and financial strategy planning for families and businesses.  She is committed to providing an open, trusted long-term relationship to help her clients achieve their dreams and goals.

Kristi owns a retirement plan consulting and administration firm, Compensation Systems, Inc.(CSI).  CSI has been in business since 1971 as a leading firm in designing and administering business retirement plans, employee benefits and individual financial programs.

Kristi received her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) professional designations from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.  She is a member of the Million-Dollar Round Table and ASPPA and a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, with a degree in Finance and Insurance.

Additionally, she actively supports and is a company sponsor and promoter of the prestigious Blue Chip Business Award, which recognizes the achievements of Indiana business owners. Kristi also has dedicated her time to a number of local organizations and resides in Carmel with her husband Bryan and their twin sons.
