Singer Lewak Greenbaum & Goldstein LLP is pleased to welcome new partners to our Tax Services Practice. Joining our Woodland Hills office is Carl H. Sasaki, CPA, and in our Orange County office, we welcome Mark Cook, CPA.

With more than 20 years of experience, Carl Sasaki is adept as a proactive business advisor to both private and public companies. During his 18 years working at KPMG LLP, Carl was a Federal Tax Partner for 5 years, as well as leading the firm's High Technology Tax Practice in Los Angeles. His experience includes the delivery and coordination of tax services for the technology and consumer market industries with significant experience in managing global tax planning structures.



Mark Cook has more than 22 of tax experience providing federal, inbound international, and state and local tax services to businesses ranging in size from emerging small and mid-cap companies to the Fortune 500. Mark has significant experience with venture capital participants, providing acquisition due diligence and structuring alternatives. His focus on federal and state tax services include expertise in corporate planning, tax compliance, accounting for income taxes (FAS109), review of tax controls and FIN 48. Previous experience includes 16 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a tax partner preceded by four years with Ernst. Industries served include consumer markets, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, higher education, mining, refining, and broker-dealers.
