Starting May 31, 2008
Intuit will no longer offer access to live technical support or add–on business services for QuickBooks 2005.

Question: What happens if you don't upgrade my QuickBooks by May 31, 2008?

If you choose not to upgrade to QuickBooks 2008, your product will continue to work as it does today. However, after May 31, 2008, you will no longer have access to live technical support or the following Intuit business services:

  • Standard Payroll
  • Enhanced Payroll
  • Assisted Payroll
  • Bill Pay
  • Credit Card Download
  • Employee Organizer
  • Merchant Service
  • Online Banking
  • Online Billing
  • Support Plans and Services
  • QuickBooks Email 

If you are interested in updating to QuickBooks 2008 please use the link above for more information and to take advantage of up to $200 savings before March 2, 2008.
