When you use our hosted accounting service for your personal or business records, you leverage our professionals' proven expertise and years of experience in managing technology resources. In addition, you gain enhanced security and stability by leveraging the substantial technical resources and computer assets of industry leader Right Networks.

Together with Right Networks, we maintain your accounting software and your data on secure servers. We assume responsibility for updating your software, backing up your data, and maintaining the related computer hardware. We also secure your data and internet access using industry-standard hardware and software, and maintain the access privileges of authorized users with features built into the accounting programs.

Benefits of Hosted Accounting
The advantages of online, hosted accounting include the following:

  You always have immediate access to your financial records. Our hosting service allows you and your staff, as well as any authorized Bader Martin professionals, to access your financial data simultaneously―from an internet connection anywhere in the world.

  You have a single, local point of contact for technical support and training―Bader Martin's IT staff―and our accounting technicians are available for accounting and bookkeeping support. Upon request, we can even process your accounting transactions for you.

  The service allows our accountants and technicians to provide online training, as well as troubleshooting and accounting assistance.

  There is no need to send data files back and forth, eliminating the security and virus risks inherent in using email to transmit your files.

  Because you don't email data to Bader Martin, you don't have to stop posting transactions while we work with your accounting records. You won't waste resources or experience costly delays.

  If you have accounting staff on vacation or you experience an unanticipated vacancy, we can fill the void working remotely from Bader Martin.

  There is no risk to you. If for any reason you choose to discontinue the service, we will provide you with current copies of all of your files, or you can download them yourself.

Enhancements in the Newly Released Version
If you're already using Bader Martin's hosted accounting service, you'll find our newly released version provides additional capabilities, including the following:

  ability to export and download reports to Microsoft Office®

  simpler, more seamless integration with Microsoft Windows® printing

  self-service update options for QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payroll

  ability to download backup copies of data to your local computer

  access to QuickBooks Merchant Services, including credit card processing

  supplemental access via a new Client Access portal on the Bader Martin website (currently implemented for Windows users; a Mac® implementation is under development)
