Kudos to Mindy and Christine!


DMLO is proud to announce that Mindy Heck, CPA and Christine Koenig, CPA have both completed an important step toward leadership in the Greater Louisville Arts Community.



Graduates of the Fund for the Arts NeXt! Program


LOUISVILLE, KY:  NeXt! is the Fund for the Arts prestigious leadership development program for young professionals from some of Louisville's most prominent businesses.  The program's goal is to prepare the NeXt! generation for volunteer leadership positions in the arts and cultural arena with a strategic focus on strong corporate citizenship.  The NeXt! generation of Arts champions are being nurtured to infuse new energy and life into the strong foundation that currently supports our community's renowned and vibrant Arts scene.


As part of the NeXt! program, Mindy and Christine participated in monthly education and training sessions, attended several arts events and networked with area arts leaders, served as liaisons between an arts group and the Fund's Allocations committee, helped the Fund reach its 2008 Campaign goal of $9 million by making a personal donation, as well as contacting local businesses to request corporate and/or employee contributions for the Fund for the Arts.
