If you have not filed your tax return by April 15, 2008, the IRS will continue sending out weekly payments. You can expect to receive your Stimulus Payment in about two weeks after receiving your 2007 tax refund.

However, you will not receive an Economic Stimulus payment if any of the following apply:

§         You did not file a 2007 tax return

§         Your net tax liability is zero and qualifying income is less than $3,000

§         You can be claimed as a dependent on another return

§         You do not have a valid Social Security number

§         You are a non resident alien

You can go to https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/irfof/  to track the status of your payment. If you have any further questions, contact your Rea advisor today.
