Santos Postal and Company encourages all staff members to attain and maintain the highest level of technical skills and knowledge for their specialty within the profession. We further encourage staff members to obtain a well-rounded knowledge of all specialties and to keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in all areas of the profession. All professional staff are provided with at least 80 hours of qualified CPE credits over each 2 year period.

As shown in this picture, one of the partners, Joseph Scolaro, is instructing some of our newer employees on "A Guide to Write-Up Services" to better enhance their understanding of the latest issues in the field.

Staff members are enrolled in these courses as a gesture of our commitment to quality and to the continued improvement of the technical abilities of the staff.
