New Federal Minimum Wage Effective in July

 
The federal minimum wage increase to $7.25 for all covered, non-exempt employees
will be effective July 24, as dictated by the Fair Minimum Wage Act of 2007. The wage increase and revisions to the new Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), finalized last November, must be displayed in the workplace along with additional required federal and state postings.
