M&A Consulting Group Builds More Than Team Spirit
Last week when McKonly & Asbury’s consulting team met for a top secret team-building activity, the team was surprised to discover they would be building more than team spirit.  After several smaller activities, M&A’s consulting team was split into groups and given the challenge of assembling bicycles – no small feat when one of your team members is blindfolded and others are assigned limiting roles. The project was fun, challenging and most importantly beneficial to the community as the bikes were later donated to two local nonprofit organizations. The minimum wage in 29 states is now higher than the federal minimum wage. At the same time, pressure is building for an increase across the United States.
