LSSLC Simplifying Successful Complex Cases for Over 20 Years
OSI's Help Settle Cases

Another client has told us that the OSI spreadsheet we provided helped him to settle his case.
He was able to show a consistent and prolific problem with the product.

Other similar incidents
or OSI's can be invaluable, paying off several times more than the investment cost for securing them. LSSLC, LLC has developed a process for finding hard to get OSI's in automotive and other product liability cases. We currently have developed databases for rollover, roof crush, seat belts, seat belt retractor failure and other defective conditions for automobiles and more products.

Click "Full Article" for examples of how our clients are putting OSI material to effective use at mediation, settlement and in trial presentations.

Ford Erases RCM Info

LSSLC, LLC has obtained an unprotected transcript of a Ford Motor Company corporate designee most knowledgeable regarding the 2004 F150 pick up truck braking system. In it the deponent admits that the Powertran Control Module (PCM) has 409 seconds of memory. This memory is over written in a post collision incident by a circular buffer each time the key is turned on.

What does that mean to your case?

Click "Full Article" to learn what information could be erased from the RCM (black box) in Ford cases.

If you have children
or grandchildren heading to college, you know the price tag is steep. The annual cost to attend a four-year private institution now averages more than $32,000, including room and board. Many students take out loans to help pay the bills. A recently enacted law is designed to alleviate the burden but since it passed, some lenders have taken steps that may diminish the benefits. Click "Full Article" to find out what the law covers, why lenders are changing their terms, and what tax breaks are available for education.
