Another client has told us that the OSI spreadsheet we provided helped him to settle his case. He was able to show a consistent and prolific problem with the product.

Other similar incidents or OSI's can be invaluable, paying off several times more than the investment cost for securing them. LSSLC, LLC has developed a process for finding hard to get OSI's in automotive and other product liability cases.
