IRS Releases Final Version of Form 990 Revision

It's here! On December 20th, 2007, The Internal Revenue Service released the much-anticipated final version of the redesigned Form 990. The revised form, effective for returns filed for the 2008 tax year and beyond, was the focus of some 3,000 pages of written comments, many of which included pleas for a delay in implementation.

When it comes to stock losses,
