Statement on Auditing Standard No. 114, The Auditor’s Communication with Those Charged with Governance

The Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants issued Statement on Auditing Standard No. 114, "The Auditor's Communication with Those Charged with Governance." This standard supersedes Statement on Auditing Standard No. 61, "Communication with Audit Committees," and was issued to provide guidance regarding the auditor's required communications with those charged with governance in relation to an audit of financial statements.
