What is a 'Reasonable' Accommodation Under the ADA?

The Americans With Disabilities Act
(ADA) prohibits job discrimination against qualified disabled individuals. The law was passed in 1990, but the number and nature of ADA cases filed each year illustrate that many employers still struggle with the concept of "reasonable accommodation."

ruled that employees have a right to sue if "fiduciary misconduct" causes their 401(k) retirement plans to lose value.
