Attention Small Exempt Organizations: New Form 990-N Due May 15th
Small tax-exempt organizations always have been "exempt" from filing any forms with the Internal Revenue Service. In 2008 this will no longer be the case.Small tax-exempt organizations, whose annual gross receipts are normally $25,000 or less, have not been required to file a Form 990 or Form 990-EZ, Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax.
