Treble Damages Bill

Effective July 13, 2008 the Massachusetts Treble Damage Bill (S1059) goes into effect.

 This law will make automatic, triple damages for all Massachusetts wage & hour violation laws.

New Law Prohibits 'Genetic' Discrimination

Discrimination based on genetics will soon be illegal for U.S. employers. President Bush recently signed the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act into law, which goes into effect next year.
