 Effective July 13, 2008 the Massachusetts Treble Damage Bill (S1059) goes into effect.
This law will make automatic, triple damages for all Massachusetts wage & hour violation laws.
Massachusetts is the only state that will require automatic treble damages for violations of virtually all state wage & hour laws, such as:
