Ice Breakers - Putting Employees at Ease and Enhancing Meeting Productivity
Ice Breakers are a great way to introduce meeting participants who might not know each other and to enhance participation among employees who already know each other. During LBMC Employment Partners' recent monthly service team meeting, employees participated in an ice breaker that focused on listening skills.
At the beginning of the exercise employees were given paper grocery bags to place over their heads.
This month we would like to take the opportunity to introduce you to one of our Payroll Account Specialists, Angie Hoffman.
