Pennsylvania to Offer Grants and Assistance to Reduce Energy Usage

At a time when conventional energy prices are at or near record highs, Governor Edward G. Rendell has signed into law a new fund that will save families and small businesses money on their energy bills by supporting investments in energy conservation and efficiency. Pennsylvania's priority to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels could mean money in your pocket.
