Congressional Action on Extenders Bill Expected in Early December

Chuck Grassley (R-IA), the outgoing Senate Finance Committee Chair, told reporters on November 14, 2006 that a package of tax extenders will move through Congress in December 2006. Grassley said that although all of the details of the package had not been decided, "there's general agreement that what we've already worked out with the House would pass."  Read more...
