Our Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our
commitment to combine the highest quality products and services with the

and referral sources (to be referred as "Members" or "Users"). This
Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect,
use and safeguard the information you provide to us with respect to the
e-newsletter distributed to you. Because we want to demonstrate our
commitment to our Members' privacy, we have agreed to disclose our
information practices.
This Policy will be continually assessed against new
technologies, business practices and our Members' needs. We reserve the
right to change this Privacy Policy. If we do change or revise our Privacy
Policy, we will provide notification of the change at least thirty
business days before the change takes effect and will include directions
for how you can respond to the revisions and or change.

COLLECTED INFORMATION
Our firm is the owner of Member information collected on
our Web site, through internal records, or by other means.
Should a Member originate from the marketing efforts of
certain other Web sites, Member information is shared with such other
entity.
When using our e-newsletter system, a Member organization
has the ability to update their profile by adding personal and business
information to our database. All of this information is optional for the
User.
We do not distribute, sell or share Member provided email
addresses or other data.
INFORMATION USE
When Members' click on the "Full Article" button contained
within each article delivered in the e-newsletter or "More
Information" within an
Announcement or click on any Banner ads, the click information about that
Member's reading profile is available to us in the form of reports. The
purpose of this information is to allow us to review the reading pattern
of Members and thereby enhance our marketing and service levels to those
Members. The
reports also summarize this information for quantitative and statistical
use. The purpose is to determine trends or patterns in articles being
read. The primary information available is email address, telephone
number, type of email, articles read, banners clicked, organization,
category to which the articles belong and point of contact within our
organization.
PROFILE
We store information we collect through cookies, log
files, and/or Member reports, to create a database of our Users. A profile
is stored information that we keep on individual Members that details their
viewing preferences. This profile is used to assist our organization in
communicating and marketing to a User. We do not share your profile with
other third parties.
COOKIES
As part of our desire to offer and provide customizable
and personalized services, we use "cookies" to secure your transaction
activities and enhance the performance of the site and the service. A
cookie is a small identifier data that is sent to your browser from our

your Member organization, only you have access to this information.
We strive to do everything in our power to ensure and
protect User information off-line. Only employees who need the
information to perform a specific task are granted access to personally
identifiable information. Finally, the servers that store
personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
All these safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data
accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of data.
CORRECTING AND UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
If a Member?s personally identifiable information changes
(such as telephone number, email address, postal address or zip code), or
if a User no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct,
update or delete/deactivate that Member?s personally identifiable information.
