What is the purpose of the Email Firm Link on the e-Newsletter? There is a link that sits below every Content Item on the e-Newsletter.  The default title for this link is “Email Firm”.  However, we may customize this link to say something else, like “Contact Us”, for example.

This option enables you to fill out a form and send us a question or a comment relevant to that particular article in that container of information.  Someone at our firm will receive an email with your information.
What does the email contain? The email contains a copy of the article and information regarding the best time to contact you. The form also provides space for you to add comments and indicate the priority for the item.
Who receives the email? The email goes to whoever has been selected by our firm – it can be the Professional handling the account, the person responsible for the Interest Category, the marketing department or anyone else in the organization. Our objective is to get your email to the right person.
