Announcements (Sponsor Content)
Select from our library of concise and instructive Announcements or write your own highlighting firm news, conferences and/or events, new product offerings, etc. Include up to six per newsletter, although we recommend sending 2-3 per issue.

Articles
BizActions original and professionally written, informative Articles are organized into eight standard default categories for each vertical market email newsletter we offer. However you have the ability to set up content classes that allow you to choose the categories that best reflect your firm's services to select groups of recipients. Choose from among over 50 categories of articles. Two articles are delivered within each newsletter.

Niche Articles
Yet more business-specific content. BizActions Niche article categories (available for an additional fee) enable Sponsors to send out even more targeted information, highlighting their areas of expertise. These articles can be sent to specific individuals within your database. Up to two articles are included within each newsletter.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Capabilities
Create multiple user-defined fields for each client, prospect, referral, etc., then search, sort, create lists and target markets based on those groups, as well as such variables as click activity.

Exclusivity for Distribution
The BizActions system provides exclusive rights for distribution to your clients, not only for a specific market, but nationwide. In other words if you are our client (Sponsor), your competitors can't start using our service and then send to the same recipients who are already in your database within our system.

Email Newsletter Subscriber Acquisition
We provide you the HTML (Web site design code) for a signup feature that captures the information allowing someone interested in receiving your email newsletter for you and enters it automatically in your database.

Topical and relevant, these articles are new each week and cover the most up-to-date information on important subjects.

Banners
Display ads within your email newsletter to promote a particular product or service. These ads are available in three different formats, standard, tower and button, depending on your email newsletter layout. Create your own or choose from an array of ads designed by our in-house creative department.

Templates
Choose from multiple layouts, colors and dozens of different designs for your own template newsletter. Design and upload your own masthead.

Frequency
Choose the frequency in which your email newsletter is deployed based on your needs. Every one, two, three or four weeks.

Master Accounts

Plus BizActions Dashboard is updated daily with "Financial Wisdom," news updates, articles from BizActions library of content and special announcements from companies, giving recipients timely advice on better managing their finances.

Email Radar
Email Radar is a dynamic marketing tool that allows you to data mine client and prospect information and then quickly and easily respond with unique messaging to select groups based on criteria you determine. Email Radar not only provides the ability to segment and create groups based on specific, predetermined criteria, it introduces the concept of Dynamic Groups. A Dynamic Group updates each group before a message is sent. When a prospect becomes a client in your database, that new client is transferred to your preset client group automatically.

Deliverability
Deliverability is a critical component for your email newsletter's success. You have worked hard to establish your reputation and your email delivery service provider shouldn't put that reputation at risk. BizActions protects your reputation by registering a Personal Sending Domain (PSD) and dedicated IP address for your exclusive use. This is critical because it uniquely identifies you as the sender of your email newsletter - and that leads to increased deliverability, decreased risk of blacklisting, and a reputation that can never be put at risk by the email practices of other BizActions clients. We also ensure that every email delivered is CAN-SPAM compliant, making email delivery a worry-free process for you.

Identify tax-only clients within BizActions database and the system will deliver tax newsletters to those clients. Use our compliance center to manage the process of securing and maintaining client consents much easier.

Content Management
Review articles (standard and niche), disable articles, add article trailers -- all of this is available in the Content Center. Content Management must be enabled to stop delivery of articles you disable.

Latest Business Headline News
Each email newsletter includes industry-specific headlines with links to the complete articles.

Refer A Colleague
Allow members to refer new members to your newsletters.

Glossary
Include a glossary bar with links to relevant business terms and definitions.

Use POC (Point of Contact) Custom Mastheads
This option allows you to deliver your newsletter using custom mastheads for your POCs.

Use POC Custom "From" Address
This option allows you to send the newsletter from your POC email addresses instead of the Admin POC email address.

Use POC CAN-SPAM Trailer Address
Allow POCs to specify a contact address that will appear as the CAN-SPAM trailer at the bottom of POC newsletters.

Use POC Masthead Links
Allow POCs to specify a maximum of six links, which will appear toward the top of the POC newsletter below the masthead.

Use POC Email Firm Link Text
Allow POCs to customize the Email Firm link with their own text.

Use POC Email Disclaimer
Allow POCs to customize the email disclaimer of their newsletter.

Admin and POC Dashboards
Enables your firm's Admin and POC dashboards. POCs will need to either log into the Sponsor Center to download or they can be sent a download link using the feature to the right.

Member Dashboard
Allows members to download a custom Dashboard to their PC to view their newsletter articles and headlines.

Dashboard Promotion Link
Include a promotional link beneath your newsletter's masthead that allows members to download the Dashboard.

Financial Wisdom
Include a daily financial tip in your Member Dashboard.

Article Navigation Link
This option allows you to include links to Get Dashboard, Free Trade Publications, or Books on Amazon that are related to the article topic.
