The Situation:
Founded in 1972, Herebin+Company is a leading accounting firm with more than 100 employees and multiple offices throughout Pennsylvania. Herebin+Company has received numerous local and regional awards for their workplace environment and support of women in the workplace. Herebin+Company is also a member PKF North America, one of the oldest and largest associations of independently owned accounting and consulting firms in the world.

The Solution:
At first, Marketing Director Jackie Bingaman wasn't sure if BizActions was a fit for Herebin+Company. However, during an AAM conference she learned that BizActions was actually a perfect fit because it didn't require any new hardware or software to use.  Bingaman discovered it could easily solve her most pressing problem, which was building awareness in the marketplace by communicating vital information to their clients and prospects.

The Results:
The results of the first couple of months of usage have been positive across the board, including a 54 percent e-Newsletter open rate. Perhaps most notably, BizActions has helped from a branding and positioning point-of-view. "I've done a lot to feature our 16 partners in the e-Newsletter to put a face on our company. Each one of them loves it when I run a feature on them and they get phone calls from people saying they saw it or someone mentions it at a local restaurant," Bingaman said.

BizActions e-Newsletter has also given their partners more to talk about during sales calls because it has helped increase awareness of their business valuation and cost segregation services. "BizActions has helped create new service opportunities because I know the partners are looking at usage reports and making phone calls. If a client or prospect has read several articles on business valuation, the BizActions system lets us know that is a topic of interest," Bingaman said.
