BizActions Introduces Dashboard

We are thrilled to announce our latest breakthrough feature, Dashboard. Dashboard will undoubtedly put you on the cutting edge of communication in a thoughtful and distinctive way. A mechanism that enables you to access reporting information right from your desktop, Dashboard also allows your recipients to access their newsletters from their desktops. It will change the way you look at communicating with your clients and how you retrieve meaningful reporting information from BizActions. 

What is it?
Dashboard is a mechanism that is downloaded to your desktop. That mechanism is known as the Dashboard and houses various Klips that reflect either specific pieces of the newsletter itself or reporting activity captured from recipients.

How does it work?
We are excited to introduce three main Dashboards.

Member Dashboard: This Dashboard is an option available to ALL recipients of your newsletter. This feature will only be available to your recipients if you choose to turn it on (Publishing Tools, Optional Content Items). Once downloaded, it will provide members with a Desktop version of the electronic newsletter. Members can download this device and access your custom sponsor content, Timely Opportunities, saved articles and other items with the click of a button right from their desktops.

POC Dashboard: This Dashboard was specifically designed with your POCs in mind. All Point of Contacts at your firm or company who have been assigned to specific members in your database can now access reporting information right from their desktops. Such reporting information includes open and click-through numbers specific to their assigned members. It will also compare each POCs numbers on a broader scale with those of the entire database.

Admin Dashboard: This Dashboard was created for the main Admin person at your firm or company in charge of BizActions. This particular Dashboard will provide the Admin with a birds-eye-view of the entire account as it relates to readership and overall stats.

What are the benefits?
The benefits of this provocative new feature are paramount. Think for a moment about deliverability. Due to spam programs and settings, deliverability has become a common and growing issue. This new tool could increase the number of people you get in front of because there is no delivery method necessary. Recipients just click on their desktop and they will have immediate access to the latest information on your newsletter. Another significant benefit is an increased involvement from POCs within your company. POCs will have access to the activity of their clients, prospects and referral sources and all with the click of a button. It couldnýt be easier!

How do I begin utilizing Dashboard?
In order to begin using this tool, we recommend taking care of a few things first:

• You will want to upload a scaled down masthead suitable for the Member Dashboard.
• Add Masthead links to appear toward the top of the Dashboard.
• Turn the Dashboard option on for your recipients to download.
• Decide if you would like to include the ýFinancial Wisdomý section within the Dashboard. 
• Detailed information outlining all of those steps can be found in your Sponsor
• Resource Center by going to Member Data, Klipfolio Dashboard, Download Klips
• Dashboard. Simply click the Help Menu over to the right and select ýHelp for Current Pageý.
